Bagaimana Cara Mengurus SHGB?

1. Menyiapkan Persyaratan

Langkah awal Untuk mengurus sertifikat HGB adalah menyiapkan sejumlah dokumen persyaratan, meliputi:

• Fotokopi identitas diri
• Sertifikat
• Girik
• Surat kavling
• Surat-surat bukti pelepasan hak pelunasan tanah atau Tempattinggal
• PPAT
• Akta pelepasan hak
• Putusan Lembaga Proses Hukum
• Surat ukur
• Gambar situasi dan IMB/PBG (jika ada)

Sesudah itu, buatlah permohonan secara tertulis yang ditujukan kepada pihak berwenang sesuai tempat Di mana Anda Berencana mengurus HGB tersebut. 

Bisa ditujukan Di Kepala Kantor Pertanahan, Kepala Kantor Daerah Badan Pertanahan Nasional, atau Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional.

2. Mendatangi Kantor BPN

Di Kutipan Surat Keputusan Pemberian Hak Guna Bangunan diterima, Anda harus membayar uang pemasukan kepada Negeri.

5. Pembukuan dan Penerbitan Sertifikat HGB

Apa Kewajiban Pemilik Sertifikat HGB?
